Dr. Edward Bach
Dr Edward Bach was born in 1886 in West Midlands . He trained as an orthodox doctor in 1912. He was a immunologist, bacteriologist and also a homeopath. After many years of research and in his pursuit to find a simple and holistic healing system he discovered and developed the 38 flowers remedies to heal people by isolating the healing properties of flowering plants and trees.
The preparation from these plants became known as Bach Flower Remedies. By the year 1935 he had developed a complete system of the 38 Flower Remedies. The Remedies have been in use for over 80 years by people through out the world.

The Bach Centre
Mount Vernon in Brightwell-cum-Sotwell Oxfordshire was home to Dr Edward Bach during the last years of his life. Dr Bach died in the year 1936 and his work was carried forward by his assistant Nora Weeks and friend Victor Bullen.
Today The Edward Bach Foundation carries on Dr Bach’s work of conducting training programmes in Bach Flower Remedies which are attended by people from all over the world. The Bach Foundation International Register of Practitioners validates the work of dedicated Practitioners in more than 60 different countries.
The Foundation supervises the production and bottling of the Bach Flower Remedies by Nelson Pharmacy which are produced as instructed left by Dr Edward Bach.
